Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: A shepherd was tendirig the flock when a wolf came there and took away one goat. because of his extensive shyness. One of the children of Israel hurt him by saying, 'He covers his body
in this way only because of some defect in his skin, either leprosy or scrotal hernia, or he has some
other defect.' Allah wished to clear Moses of what they said about him, so one day while Moses was
in seclusion, he took off his clothes and put them on a stone and started taking a bath. When he had
finished the bath, he moved towards his clothes so as to take them, but the stone took his clothes and
fled; Moses picked up his stick and ran after the stone saying, 'O stone! Give me my garment!' Till he
reached a group of Bani Israel who saw him naked then, and found him the best of what Allah had
created, and Allah cleared him of what they had accused him of. The stone stopped there and Moses
took and put his garment on and started hitting the stone with his stick. By Allah, the stone still has
some traces of the hitting, three, four or five marks. This was what Allah refers to in His Saying:-- "O

Then he ascended with us to the fourth heaven. Gabriel (peace be upon him) asked for the (gate) to be opened, and it was said: Who is he? He replied: Gabriel. It was (again) said: Who is with you? He said: Muhammad. It was said: Has he been sent for? He replied: He has indeed been sent for. The (gate) was opened for us, and lo! Idris was there. He welcomed me and prayed for my well-being (About him) Allah, the Exalted and the Glorious, has said:" We elevated him (Idris) to the exalted position" (Qur'an xix. 57). Then he ascended with us to the fifth heaven and Gabriel asked for the (gate) to be opened. It was said: Who is he? He replied Gabriel. It was (again) said: Who is with thee? He replied: Muhammad. It was said Has he been sent for? He replied: He has indeed been sent for. (The gate) was opened for us and then I was with Harun (Aaron-peace of Allah be upon him). He welcomed me prayed for my well-being. Then I was taken to the sixth heaven. Gabriel (peace be upon him) asked for the door to be opened. It was said: Who is he? He replied: Gabriel. It was said: Who is with thee? He replied: Muhammad. It was said: Has he been sent for? He replied: He has indeed been sent for. (The gate) was opened for us and there I was with Musa (Moses peace be upon him) He welcomed me and prayed for my well-being. Then I was taken up to the seventh heaven. Gabriel asked the (gate) to be opened. It was said: Who is he? He said: Gabriel It was said. Who is with thee? He replied: Muhammad (may peace be upon him.) It was said: Has he been sent for? He replied: He has indeed been sent for. (The gate) was opened for us and there I found Ibrahim (Abraham peace be upon him) reclining against the Bait-ul-Ma'mur and there enter into it seventy thousand angels every day, never to visit (this place) again. Then I was taken to Sidrat-ul-Muntaha whose leaves were like elephant ears and its fruit like big earthenware vessels. And when it was covered by the Command of Allah, it underwent such a change that none amongst the creation has the power to praise its beauty
Then Allah revealed to me a revelation and He made obligatory for me fifty prayers every day and night. Then I went down to Moses (peace be upon him) and he said: What has your Lord enjoined upon your Ummah? I said: Fifty prayers. He said: Return to thy Lord and beg for reduction (in the number of prayers), for your community shallnot be able to bear this burden. as I have put to test the children of Isra'il and tried them (and found them too weak to bear such a heavy burden). He (the Holy Prophet) said: I went back to my Lord and said: My Lord, make things lighter for my Ummah. (The Lord) reduced five prayers for me. I went down to Moses and said. (The Lord) reduced five (prayers) for me, He said: Verily thy Ummah shall not be able to bear this burden; return to thy Lord and ask Him to make things lighter. I then kept going back and forth between my Lord Blessed and Exalted and Moses, till He said: There are five prayers every day and night. O Muhammad, each being credited as ten, so that makes fifty prayers. He who intends to do a good deed and does not do it will have a good deed recorded for him; and if he does it, it will be recorded for him as ten; whereas he who intends to do an evil deed and does not do, it will not be recorded for him; and if he does it, only one evil deed will be recorded. I then came down and when I came to Moses and informed him, he said: Go back to thy Lord and ask Him to make things lighter. Upon this the Messenger of Allah remarked: I returned to my Lord until I felt ashamed before Him. - Hadith Muslim 162a (islam)

It was said to the Prophet (ﷺ) "Would that you see `Abdullah bin Ubai." So, the Prophet (ﷺ) went to him,
riding a donkey, and the Muslims accompanied him, walking on salty barren land. When the Prophet (ﷺ)
reached `Abdullah bin Ubai, the latter said, "Keep away from me! By Allah, the bad smell of your
donkey has harmed me." On that an Ansari man said (to `Abdullah), "By Allah! The smell of the
donkey of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) is better than your smell." On that a man from `Abdullah's tribe got angry
for `Abdullah's sake, and the two men abused each other which caused the friends of the two men to
get angry, and the two groups started fighting with sticks, shoes and hands. We were informed that the
following Divine Verse was revealed (in this concern):-- "And if two groups of Believers fall to
fighting then, make peace between them." (49.9) - Hadith Al Bukhari 2691 (islam)

'Utayy ibn Damura said, "I saw with Ubay a man who was attributing himself (in lineage) with an attribution of Jahiliyyah, so Ubay told him to bite his father's male organ and did not speak figuratively (i.e. was explicit). So his companions looked at him. He said, 'It appears that you disapprove of it.' Then he said,
'I will never show apprehension to anyone with regards to this. Verily, I heard the Prophet, may Allah
bless him and grant him peace, say, "Whomever attributes himself (in lineage) with an attribution of Jahiliyyah, then tell him to bite his father's male organ and do not speak figuratively (i.e. be explicit)." ' " - Hadith Adab 963 (islam)

Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "When the Adhan is pronounced Satan takes to his heels and passes wind with
noise during his flight in order not to hear the Adhan. When the Adhan is completed he comes back

till he whispers into the heart of the person (to divert his attention from his prayer) and makes him

The angel of death was sent to Moses and when he went to him, Moses slapped him severely, spoiling
one of his eyes. The angel went back to his Lord, and said, "You sent me to a slave who does not want
to die." Allah restored his eye and said, "Go back and tell him (i.e. Moses) to place his hand over the
back of an ox, for he will be allowed to live for a number of years equal to the number of hairs coming
under his hand." (So the angel came to him and told him the same). Then Moses asked, "O my Lord!
What will be then?" He said, "Death will be then." He said, "(Let it be) now." He asked Allah that He
bring him near the Sacred Land at a distance of a stone's throw. Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) (p.b.u.h) said, "Were I

Jaun) had been brought and lodged in a house in a date-palm garden in the home of Umaima bint An-
Nu`man bin Sharahil, and her wet nurse was with her. When the Prophet (ﷺ) entered upon her, he said to
her, "Give me yourself (in marriage) as a gift." She said, "Can a princess give herself in marriage to an
ordinary man?" The Prophet (ﷺ) raised his hand to pat her so that she might become tranquil. She said, "I
seek refuge with Allah from you." He said, "You have sought refuge with One Who gives refuge.
